As well as the minerals which form the building stones of the hard tissues such as bones and teeth, they also have some important functions in cell activities. In case of deficiency, deficiencies are observed in bodily functions and this situation may give rise to diseases.If you want your children to drink fruit juice, please give them drinks first. Your children should always see fruit juice in your kitchen and especially in your refrigerator. They should be able to reach it easily.
